I’ve completed all the event quests, but I still don’t have enough points to unlock the final reward. Is this a bug or is it intended that you can’t reach the last reward just by doing all the quests?
I think, I know the answer to Your question. You're not alone. I can't claim the two last awards. Throughout the Event there was some optional event quests for Us. I didn't fulfill them all, hence can't claim the last rewards.
I also cannot claim the last two rewards. It should not say optional and then you just don't all the rewards. I think that is a really wrong way for them to run the event.
I'm also having the same issue on the last two quests can't claim the rewards and I'm playing on xbox one.
Having same issue! It skipped the spend time outdoors or whatever one too, and skipped ahead before I could complete any optional requests unless I did them basically first (or before all the others were complete)
I'm not happy at all. Quests should NOT be optional unless there's enough ways to.earn points for people who don't have the packs.
