Can't claim today's reward in Deck the Palms event

It is December 25th, but the Littlest Neighbourhood Library is not available to claim. After I restarted the game, the event is not even available in the menu.

Anyone having trouble with the deck the palms even no working. I opened my game and it said claim the items…. When I clicked claim the pop up disappeared and nothing happened.

    b7sweet​ That is not working properly, it comes up and says to claim the fluffy earmuffs even though I already did . Check from in game to see when the next time is you can claim the next item. I think it might be today.
