Is this what you are seeing: Reaper's Rewards: Plumbob icons for Quests no longer available ?

Yeah I can only see one plumber, and there are no tasks in the bubble when I click on the icon, even though I know I still had a few to finish. I think it started when my game froze, the time froze and my sims wouldn't move but all the background stuff still worked, it's happened to me a few times now
