Can't Edit Holidays/Event
There's no way to edit Holidays or Events, your only choice is to delete them and redo them entirely. I don't find that acceptable. It seems really lazy or like it was just forgotten. But it's ridicu...

There are a few fixed events that cannot be edited.
Talk like a pirate day, Lottery day, TV premier day and Skills day to name a few.
The rest you should be able to edit. I do that all the time to make them suit my game style.

The ones like Winterfest etc can be edited even on the day of the event.
