Can't find 'Get To Know' Interaction

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Everything updated as of posting date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? A lot
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not seen it anywhere else but not appearing in the friendly category
What happens when the bug occurs? No Get to Know interaction
What do you expect to see? Click on a Sim and want to do 'Get To Know' interaction but it never appears anymore
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since the latest patch or High School pack

I can no longer find the 'Get To Know' interaction in the Friendly category or anywhere.

I'm not sure if it's an issue from the latest patch or the High School pack as I didn't play with it in the days in between the two.

For instance, I've made my teen get a boyfriend and they still don't know any of his traits and even though they talk a lot she can't seem to discover them and I can't find the key way to do it which is the Get To Know interaction.
