I got the new dlc, growing together, and its pre ordered, but I can not find the special content like the baby carrier? where is it? is it gone, I can not find it in build buy or anything like that. Same with the slide?
@pusagi The toddler slide and swing set is in the outdoor activities section. It might be easier to find by showing only Growing Together stuff with the filter. I'm trying to figure out where the carriers are as well. I checked the catalogue, computer, Cas, and still coming up blank. It could be that I overlooked something too.
Edit: There is an option to put infant in carrier if you click on infant. Not sure if carrier changes each time or how you designate what carrier you want to use. But you can put an infant in the carrier by clicking on them and the option.

I just get option to choose baby carrier. And I have chosen every one of them but I still don't get a choice to put the baby in the carrier :/

You have to be holding the baby and when you click on the baby in your arms it should give you the option to put baby in back carrier!
This is not my experience. Whether in my adult sims arms or on the ground, the option does not appear. I play on PS4, if someone finds a fix please help 🙂 Yes the new pack has been installed.

the first attached image is a popup i got when i loaded the game after going through all the growing together items i noticed i did not get the powerwalk companion, that would explain why i got the item removed popup game couldnt verify i owned that item the second attached image is just the reference of my crossing out and scoring what i have!
if theres already a thread of this open ig merge them to reach more people with the same issue
I preordered Growing Together Yesterday March 15th 2023, and was looking forward to recieving my infant carrier in game on launch day (today, March 16th 2023), but once Growing Together was installed while I received the pack itself, the preorder content was missing, confused I checked the EA App for the "Manage Addons" Tab and Sure enough it's registering as "Already Installed" However Build/Buy Mode Searches for "Carrier" only return the Pet Carrier, and Search Terms "Infant" and "Toddler" do not list it as well (despite having other things), of particular note: I do think I received the slide thing that I was promised for it, just the infant carrier seems to be missing of the three pre-order items I was promised.
