Can't get caught cheating

I have villainous valentine as my aspiration and "Get caught Cheating" is om the checklist, though I keep getting caught cheating, it's not counting for my aspirations. The sims that I have my sim cheating are supposed to get jealous if they see their partner cheating and so are the partners getting cheated on...some get angry like they just caught them and some will literally sit on the room while their partner woo hoo's with someone else and either way it's not counting towards the aspiration. I've tried restarting my console, the game and have even tried selecting a new aspiration and then re selecting the Villainous Valentine aspiration and nothing is working. I'm on ps4.
