To get gold you must use risky performance at least once and it must be successful. Look for something that you know you have high skill in such as Dancing, Singing or whatever Notice that even the "safe" can fail if you do not have enough skill in it. Also notice that having low acting skills means you will fail more.
I did the risk and I got gold but my aspiration is not complete. Why is that? Please help!

- @ll__Lupinus__ll If you still suffer from this aspiration, try this way. There will be randomly generated celebrities and mostly they take your sim’s award. I erased the random celebrities in edit town mode whenever they appear at the PBP studio, then my sim was able to get the award and completed my sim’s milestone. If you keep doing it for 2 weeks, eventually you will get an award.
This time, I made more celebrities from premade sims, and then they took all the awards. So I’m going to remove the celebrity level, also I’m going to set door level to 5 from 3 , so that only global celebrity sims can be inside of the studio. My sim can go inside by giving some money to the security sim, or just teleport by cheat, then my sim will have the higher chance to get award.
