Can't load into lots in Chestnut Ridge

I am getting the endles loading screen when I try to load into lots in Chestnut Ridge.

I have only tried in one area (the one where the equestrian centre is).

I have tried loading into a few lots from manage worlds, and it's happened on all of them.  One of the homes I had previously played in but not used CC, and another is a premade that I haven't touched.  I tried reloading a gallery copy of the first but it still did the same.

 All other worlds in my game I'm currently using are fine, it's just this world.

I use mods but they are all updated (ther than BBB and TOOL but I've taken them out).

I don't have lots of rentals in my game and don't save screenshots etc
