Can't move back into household

Hello

My sims game has started playing up recently, one of my teen sims graduated uni and everything was so working fine until I tried to get her to move back to her household. Once I clicked to move in the game just wouldn't load, I'm stuck on the loading screen. I've tried removing mods too and it didn't work, i was hoping people have solutions as its very annoying and I've put a lot of effort into this family.
