Can't move between worlds since last update

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

Hello, I have 3 types of last exception files :

-Last Clean exception (from 2022)

-Last Exception (from today)

-Last UI Exception (from today) 

I only deleted the Last exception (not the other two) , triggered the error but I don't have any new last exception files! 

Not sure what a last clean exception but as it's so old, you can probably delete it.

Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

checked out your save and for me it doesn't even load to the map which is not something I've seen before

Few questions for you

• Are you using cloud storage such as iCloud or oneDrive ?
• have you never used mods/cc on this save or remove them ?

I don't use cloud, but I think I used a few mods like years ago and deleted it (maybe not successfully), a few cc I still have

thanks. I've compared the LEUI I got with your save to the one from the white screen one and it looks like it's the same issue. Seems yours just acts a bit differently.
