Hello! Just thought I'd hop on here and give a little help since I haven't seen anyone find answers here and I've been having the same exact issue!! I haven't figured out how to unfreeze the frame after the initial photo is taken- but I have figured out some keys that will adjust the frame! (I'm a MAC user btw)
Use: Q = Down, E = Up, A = Left, D = Right
