Can't offer help with favors to the Ghost Host

I've been having this issue for the last few days where the option to "offer help with favors" isn't available when speaking to Edith. She and my sim have max friendly relationship and I've tried many different times, but the option still isn't there. I checked to see if it was my mods but nothing changed. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I'm just missing some part of gameplay that would allow me to complete that task. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
