Can't place apartment in 1020 Alto

@noullc_ycl It looks bulldozed, but did you bulldoze the lot first? I saw quite a few comments on gallery apartments (for other apartments) that said they couldn't be placed, or had an issue placing as you are, but I wasn't able to duplicate it.
Does the same happen with other builds for that apartment or is it just this one gallery lot in that apartment?
Did you try turning bb.moveobjects off and then back on?
@PoptartJuniper Yes I bulldozed what was originally on the lot so I could place a new one from the gallery. Also, I don't think it is the problem with this particular build from the gallery, because I tried to place several builds from the gallery to 1020 alto, but none of them could be placed.
I haven't observed this particular problem with any other apartment on the map. It was just 1020 Alto, for some reason. I have read somewhere else that it could be the bulldoze function, but I had also bulldozed other lots, but none of them had this problem. And yes, I have tried multiple times and I am pretty sure the bb.moveobjects is working fine.
It was just really weird that this issue only seemed to be associated with 1020 Alto. I also tried several other things such as repairing the game, clearing the cache, etc., but none of them worked so far ☹️

@PoptartJuniper The lot name is "1020 Alto Apartment" in San Myshuno.
