can't place wall paper or carpet...

I've been trying to place carpet and wallpaper, but when I do, they disappear. Not sure what the problem is. I tried repairing the game, but it still does it.

irishgurl2978 If you are using any CC paints and floor tiles, a lot of them will do that after updates, particularly older ones. And not only do they affect the CC that way, but they also tend to affect the game paints/floor tiles as well. It only takes one to do it too. You'll need to track down the bad one(s) and remove it from your mods folder.

To avoid problems like that, try building in a mod and cc free save. Then transfer the lot to a save with CC and mods to add the CC. I have found that works a lot better for most of my building projects.
