Can't play sims 4 on Origin PC Anymore ? Me either!

Has anyone else resolved the issue of not being able to play sims 4 either by :

1) requesting a refund of all sims 4 purchases, including expansion, game and stuff packs 

2) playing sims on PC by somehow downloading the EA app on a PC?

 When I first got the sims 4 in 2021,  i downloaded it on origin  and played it through there. I played a few expansion packs through origin too. Now, its been about 6 months since I last played the sims, and EA is telling me that the new platform to play sims 4 is now on an EA app, which is only available on MAC. I've been playing sims 4 on my PC since the pandemic in 2021.

None of the online help desk folks know how to resolve the problem of either helping me re download origin or getting a refund of all my sims 4 products. When I have re downloaded origin, I always get error code 20:403. 

Can anyone help?

    Hi @palyme The EA app is for PC users not (yet) for MAC users. Did you have problems with the download of the EA app? On PC you cannot use Origin anymore.

    Hi @palyme,

    As @GiardiniDiMarzo mentioned, the EA app is your new home for EA games on PC, Origin will no longer function on PC at this time.

    You can read more about and download the EA app from the site here, where you'll simply need to log in with the same account information you used on Origin to keep playing your games.
