can't purchase

I'm having trouble purchasing houses for my lots. Every time I try to buy a house/lot it tells me I have insufficient funds when I know I have plenty. I've used Rosebud to up my Simoleons to buy stuf...

Rosebud adds 5000. A lot will cost much more than that. On the Gallery you can see the price.
