Can't raise or lower objects with the Atl+9/0 cheat

After I updated my game to the Life and Death update I can no longer use the raise/lower objects cheat. I tried to look up solutions people used in the past and nothing is working. I started my game ...

I was going to try it again, to see exactly what happens with all and try different things I found on Google, but since I can't play my game (because it keeps closing on me) I can't even try it.
