Can't Resume my Game :(

Hi, I need help resuming my household game. After choosing my household and click on it, it takes its sweet time to load then I get the following message "The game failed to load. Error code 102:4e2f...

    Have you tried a different lot? Select a lot where your family isnt at and choose "visit", then choose the family you want to visit/play, see if that works. If it does, there might be something wrong with the homelot. For example, I had a lot corrupted by a ladder (known bug).

If you are using any, make sure to remove them and test the game without
