Can't "Suggest Potential Match" with Lovestruck

My sim cannot "suggest potential match," which is a career unlock at level 8 of the Matchmaker branch in the Romance Consultant career.

She has level 10 romance, level 10 charisma, and is at the top of the Matchmaker career. She has full relationship bars with multiple sims who are all single, are all open to dating both male and female sims, and even have romantic preferences selected in CAS.

I even have the twisted mexi mod that allows you to search the conversation pie menu, and I cannot find the interaction. I want this sim to do lots of matchmaking, so I've been trying for days with no success.

To clarify: I did get the interaction ONCE, with a townie my sim randomly befriended. But only once. And even with this random townie, I only found the option by searching for it with the mod. Once I saw the interaction available with this townie, I looked through every conversation pie menu option with the townie, and couldn't find it. And I can't find the option at all with any other sim my sim has befriended.

@MasheenaSims I've just started playing the career but I've found there is a new conversation category in the Social Wheel on the last page of social conversation categories. I've added an image for you. Are you not seeing the same category in your Sim's conversations?

Yes, I have that menu! All of the career unlocks are available there except "suggest potential match." I did see the interaction pop up once, but I was only able to find it with the twistedmexi mod that allows you to search the conversation pie menu. When I saw it that one time, I went through every tab of the conversation pie menu and couldn't find it anywhere. Only with the mod search tool. I made sure my sim has full relationships with multiple single sims (who are all open to romance with all genders) and I've still only seen the interaction pop up that one time, and even that one time I couldn't actually find it in the menu; just with the twistedmexi mod

Some of the career/skill unlocks are under "web" on the computer as research actions. One other unlock I can't find is "research date locations." 

@MasheenaSims I'm figuring this out as I go but if I spot it I'll add a reply. I'm on Xbox Series X so no mods available for me.

Sometimes I feel like the conversation wheel is a little overcomplicated, there's a lot of clicking through menus to find what I need my Sims to say and I'll pause the game while I'm searching for things. It can get definitely a little frustrating during career related interactions. I wonder if it's under the new Relationship section of the social wheel? I'm not in my game right now but I'll look later. 

Thanks for continuing to try! Yeah, the conversation wheel is a lot. I didn't like the old version either as I felt like there were too many options to look through, so I like the conversation wheel in some ways, but it also makes things hard to find. Which is why that mod comes in really handy, to be able to search anything

I checked the Relationships conversation thing also and it wasn't there either. Very odd. It unlocks at level 8 of the career in the Matchmaker branch, so it might take you a while to get there. But if you do happen to find it, that would be great to know! Thank you for your replies!
