cant turn sims into siblings with household relationships
i have some sims that need to be siblings so they stop flirting with eachother and when i go into household relationships it only lets me make then wife/husband or fiance

There is no way to make them siblings in game they have to be born that way You can change their sexual orientation to become incompatible with each other.
