I thought this issue was fixed. I get a no connection error when I want to upload a household or build. It doesn't matter if there is CC or no CC in it. Even bought a new PC and reinstalled all the packs. Still the same issue. It works for like 10 min. And than it all stops...
Hiya, happened to me as well. I've removed the localthumbcache.package file from my Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder (I was too scared to delete it, so I just moved it to Documents), and I've not had any problems since.
I tried that it still happens no results in the gallery even though I tried what you were talking about removing the local thumb cash didn't work
