Can't use CAS
I am unable to use CAS in any save or in a brand new one. I even disabled mods in settings, deleted cache, & removed the mods folder. I get the same result. I was able to use CAS before part 4...
Forgot to mention repairing didn't work.
EDIT: A fresh install seems to have fixed it. Uncertain of what caused it in the first place though.
