Can't woohoo

Could you provide more information? In which situations does it happen? What are the sims' relationship like? Is it in certain locations (saunas has been a problem and there is a bug-report about that I believe) or in any location? Is it in certain beds? For instance most separated beds I've downloaded won't work for woohoo, even from well known cc-makers, so that might be a problem.
