Career panel and phone not working

Hello my career panel in sims 4 has been blank and the phone isn’t coming up either,I deleted all my mods and cc and even repaired my game and deleted the old sims 4 folder but still the same.

• i even deleted and downloaded a new sims 4 app and ea app but no change
