CAS - Teen girls/Young Adults look the same when ‘aging up’

I wasn’t sure if this was a glitch or designed to work this way.  When I’m creating a family and have a teen girl and click on ‘young adult’, everything looks the same except the clothes.   It started doing this maybe 1-2 years ago and I ignored it.  They seem to be aging up and looking different in live play, so it’s just in CAS.

How do I fix this?
