CAS Sim blackground blank

Whenever I got to edit a sim, the entire right side of the screen is blank. I am unable to select clothes at all! At first I thought it was due to a mod, since i had mods and cc installed and the entire screen was just the background with my sim. upon removing all mods and cc, repairing the game, making a fresh sims 4 folder and starting a new game and reinstalling the game...the right side of the screen is now blank with me being unable to select or change clothing. This is ridiculous and insane! me repairing and reinstalling the game especially with no mods or cc should have fixed this issue. I am getting annoyed and in a minute will be reaching out to ea in a not so pleasant mood. when many are turning on EA for the sale, I decided to give grace.. but if this isn't fixed or continues to happen screw them and may they get even hasher backlash!
