Catarina lynx sims 4

Question

Catarina lynx is now a ghost and i got a message in sims 4 that says: the connection Catarina has to the physical world grows weaker with each passing day. if she is not to be completely forgotten, friends and family should visit the grave and try to strengthen the connection.

I cant find her tombstone
