Cats and dogs glitch on vet clinic

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4 Cats & Dogs, My first pet stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a vet business, and just continue as normal. Finish with patients and then close the hospital when wanted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Townies' Pets will randomly get stuck on the property and be unable to move and unable to reset since there is no command in the console for it. They will not leave, since my sim doesn't own the cat or dog, so they are unable to move it.
What do you expect to see? Pets will leave with their owners and stay out unless they need to come back for a reason.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @Kaiawoo You can reset them with resetsim firstname lastname or use testing cheats and shift-click on the and reset object. Does that not work for you ?

    Where do they get stuck ? On objects ? Or do you just mean they don't leave the lot ?

    Is this with a default venue or one you build ?

    Are they still there when you leave and come back ?
