In the hospital, Doctor mode

I play the Sims 4 on my Xbox and since the upgrade I have had a few repeating glitches but the main one is while working at the hospital after the doctor diagnosis it won’t let him treat. The request comes up in the left side window but then disappears. So I can’t finish his duties or get promotions. Another thing the loading times are crazy long now too.
