I'm a bit frustrated. I don't know if it bc of the new update but when I wanna to finally buy the cats and dogs pack it wasn't showing on the marketplace anymore, like at all!! So I can go to the app store and buy there. Then once I had it downloaded and everything when I play and go to build mode nothing shows for cats and dogs anymore 😒. Come on!

If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection, does the pack appear to be deactivated? In that case, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' select the Cats and Dogs pack, and confirm to reactivate it.
If the pack doesn't appear under My Collection, please check whether it shows as 'Owned' in the EA app and whether an EP04 folder exists on your device.
