I took some of my tray folders out to speed up my game- and it worked perfectly fine, the hair wasn’t glitching then. But then I put the folders back in and then that’s when the glitch took place.
@Aleisha_aleisha I've seen something similar in my game where a Sim's skin tone of their face was either lighter or darker than the skin tone on the rest of their body. This happens for all Sims no matter which hairstyle they are using and it even happens with base game hair. In my case it appears to be something to do with how my graphics card renders lighting effects on different parts of a Sim's body. When this happens I can always clear it by changing the graphics settings in my game options from Fullscreen to Windowed and then switching it back to Fullscreen. Usually it works on the first try but occasionally it takes a few tries, like maybe 2 or 3, but never much more than that.
The other possibility is maybe something glitched during a game update and you are missing a file somewhere and that is affecting how your Sims look in your game. Have you tried repairing your game through Origin?
