The Feather Collection Plaque isn’t awarded properly in the mail once the collection is completed like all other collection plaques.
After my Sim fully finished and collected all the feathers and waited for the plaque to arrive in the mail, it never did; and I’m still waiting but it doesn’t show up anytime the mail is delivered.

The feather collection does not include a plaque reward once you've completed it- instead you'll unlock the Sixam Owl Statue as your reward. Once you have all the feathers in your Sim's inventory, you can click any of them and select assemble into bird sculpture to get your statue.
EA_Solaire That makes sense! However, why would there be a plaque in-game for the Feather Collection if it cannot be rewarded by mail? Why’s the only way to obtain that plaque through means of cheating? If it exists already, why not give it out to players?
