Change game specific identity

Hi @EA_Darko 

I want to change my game specific identity since the time I create the account, I'm not realize that I use my private info. Please assist me on this

or maybe i can delete my account and create a new account with a right/suitable game specific identity.

    Hi @IkaMN28,

    Your game-specific identity for The Sims is your username for thesims3.com and once this is set, I'm afraid this cannot be edited. This username doesn't show in-game though for in The Sims 4, it's only viewable on The Sims 3 website and exchange.

    i already change my username..it just the game specific identity that i want to change(in the red lable). is it possible to change it?

    Hey @IkaMN28 it depends on what game it is for, for Sims 3 it is not possible but for Sims 4 updating your EA name will see your Gallery name update.

    @EA_Darko i already change the name. it change in the EA Apps,.but in EA website, it doesn't change at all.

    @EA_Solaire It's visible to your friends on EA app. It's concerning in situations where our game specific identities contain such things like private information or dead names.
