Change in phrasing and grey llama icons

So during week 2 of the Reaper’s event, Grim turned up in a flirty mood and curtesy of the townies having voted in Free Love as a NAP he proceeded to autonomously kiss my sim. Seeing as he had been in a foul mood when summoned during week 1, which had made it rather hard to befriend him, I decided to just roll with it and let my sim flirt back which resulted in a romance bar. Since this, the friendly interaction “ask about love life” has changed into the more mundane “ask about recent dates” accompanied by a grey llama in front of it.

Is this a new feature? Or is it dependent on my sim’s charisma level? Or a glitch? I usually play on a different computer where I haven’t updated my game in a while so I’m not that familiar with all of the changes, I just thought this change was a little sad as the phrasing sounds much less poetic in my opinion.

(On a side note I also see a grey llama in front of the job title of one of my sim’s acquaintances who is a food critic, but I’ve no idea when this started).
