Change swatch hotkey without numpad

Hey I wonder something I've been googling for hours now. I've got a keyboard without a numpad and now I can't change swatches easily with + and - since they're numpad hotkeys originally. I wonder if theres a way to rebind those keys with some program or if theres another way to change swatches without clicking through each one.
