@ItzNariez Aspirations/traits are different for children and teens so when you age them up, that info gets lost and it won't come back when you age them down again.
Hair and face details are still the same for me when I age them up and back down and cloting also stays the same. Did you test this part without mods/cc ?
The skin details I can duplicate but they get removed when aging up in CAS. This is design though as per this article: https://www.ea.com/en/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/news/dev-diary-vitiligo
Child --> Teen = different frames
I've tried it without mods and it still happens, it's a very weird occurrence, the thing is, I don't change the face or really anything when I make the child a teen or adult, I keep everything how it is and just change the clothes and hair, but what really ticks me off is that it removes my viltigo on my sims when I age them up?
