Changing sim relationship

@horseandpenguin, the only way I know how to do this is to have them break up and then use a cheat to raise their Romance level.  I will use the example as if your Sims had the names of John Smith and Mary Jones:  First, (after you have broken the couple up the regular way in the game) you need to enable Testing Cheats by opening the cheat box (press Ctrl+Shift+C) without the ( ), and in the box type either "testingcheats true" or "testingcheats on" without the " ".  Next you would enter the Relationship Cheat, so type

"modifyrelationship John Smith Mary Jones 100 LTR_Romance_main" 

without the " ".  Now their romantic relationship should be in the green zone! :eahigh_file: (to make it in the red zone again use the same cheat but instead of "100" you would type "-100".  Just be sure to use the first and last names of both Sims (unless they only have one name).  😉

Yes, it would be easier if you could just remove the Boyfriend/Girlfriend status, but this is the only way I've heard of doing this and it will give you the results that you want ! 🙂
