children milestone: first school day painting keeps coming up in their inventory

My child sims get everyday the milestone painting first school day in their inventory. I put the first one on he wall and now everyday when they come from school they get a new one.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

    Yes and i do not have any mods or CC.

    Is this this only child you have issues with or does this happen every time ? Do you have issues with other milestones ?
