Game still not working

Hello, my game has not been working ever since the first update that broke the game. Even after this recent update today my game doesn't work. Every time I launch the game it takes forever and then when I try to click my family to actually start playing it stays on the loading screen forever. I do not have any mods or script mods and I deleted all my cc and started fresh. Please can someone help I have been trying to play for a week now and I have paid a lot of money for this game.
