[CLOSED] Blast From the Past: Study Historical Display not appearing

I'm trying to study a historical display at the museum for the event and no matter what I click all I get is view with Emits picture on it. I've tried all my museums. I even took out my mods and repa...

I couldn't get any objects to work, but I tried reset sim (simname) and that triggered that part of the quest as complete.
