[CLOSED] Happy Home Login Event: Can't Claim Reward nothing happens - Event Over

The new daily log in reward system for the sims 4 is not letting me claim it. When I click on it on the fist main menu screen it doesn't do anything but glitch a black box across my screen for a few seconds, then it disappears. I've tried restarting everything from the sims 4 to the EA app to my pc. I have also tried repairing the sims 4 and nothing has worked. 

Happy at Home Login Event is appearing on the main menu when booting up sims4, but i cannot click on it. Nothing happens when i try to click on it. No pop ups.

I deleted all cache files (including online one). It finally popped up but I couldn’t click onto it. I disabled all cc and all script mods. I went out of game and deleted all my cache files again. I went back into game and I could claim it. Then reenabled my cc and mods..

The pop-up is automatic Once you get it you click claim under those items that are unlocked. If you do not get a pop-up
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Note that not all get it at the same time. It appears to be staggered.

That's exactly what mine is doing. The video next to it about the rewards works but clicking on the actual freezer bunny does nothing. I've tried deactivating my cc, tried repairing the game (but it wouldn't repair), loading and reloading. Nothing is working. I'm not too worried about most of the reward items but they would be nice

The same thing is happening to me where I can clink on it but can’t acess the rewards to claim ,glad I’m not alone but I have no clue what to do at this point hopefully more people complain and it’s patched 

I have the button on the home menu when I open the game, but when I click it nothing happens. Is anyone else having this issue and is there anything I can do? My game is updated and I've restarted it multiple times.
