Since there are no Fire pits in base game are you perhaps thinking of a fireplace instead? Firewalkers training ground do have coal.
No. It looked pretty much like the image I posted but with coal in.
Then I can only suggest you try looking in Debug items.
I'm certain I've and nothing also what about the matching gate that goes with the the illuminated fence from the get famous pack that has also completely disappeared as well.
- @CymruValkrja I can't find that gate either. Didn't even know it existed so have to make to with a different one. :/
