@RandomPolymath Unless you're in France or Germany, where phone support is available, the only option is the EA Help website, which offers email help and sometimes live chat. Live chat is clearly the better option, so if you don't see it, pick a slightly different category of issue. Or else this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Thank you @puzzlezaddict for the link. I've tried to click Chat WIth Us, and even Email Us, on multiple computers and all different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Arc), both logged in and 'continue without logging in', normal, incognito, InPrivate modes... Every time just seems to redirect back to the same missing-game page. Looked around the forums, and doesn't look like this is the first time...
I thought I had read some previous threads where a phone call was possible? Or does EA no longer take calls?

@RandomPolymath Phone support disappeared for most of the world a few months ago, unfortunately. All that's left is the help site, which... works some of the time. I tested the link I posted again just now, in Firefox and while signed in, and I landed on a page that says "Find games that are missing from your collection." Below that are buttons for email or chat help. If you can get into a live chat, you can explain your issue to a real person who might be able to help. You don't need to have picked exactly the right category for your issue; the point is to talk to a human in real time.
