Constant Accuse of Cheating Phone Text Bug

Both my sim and her husband has been accused to be cheating ever since last Lovestruck which really chipped my good sims public image for baseless accusations from that stupid phone text. Which is always making the first impression of my sim talking to strangers triggers disliked relationship. It doesn't matter if I ignore the text, open it, or close it without reading. I tried taking out my mods, new Electronic Arts in My Documents and still the same issue persist. One thing I know is that ever since Lovestruck EP came in these bugs have been constantly haunting me throughout multiple save files and various gameplay. I even try to silence my phone but it's basically do nothing.

I have all DLCs, updated my game from steam regularly. I'm not so sure if anyone ever experience this ever since the update fixes they promised us but I still have that issues throughout many game patches fixes they add. I just thought I should report the issue and hopefully they'll look into this. I'm so sick and tired with this because neither my sim nor her husband ever cheat and sometimes it's force popping up in the middle of the gameplay which is extremely infuriating.
