han78540 Is the lot a residential rental, and have you seen the Cursed Book event at some point? That's a known issue:
One other common cause is upgrading a toilet for composting but not emptying it.
There is no cursed book event. I have visited the other apartments on the lot and no book and I can’t call a service for it on the phone either. I have even turned off for rent events and it still happened :(
