Content missing after recent update

Hello! I have been playing Sims 4 for over 5 years and have purchased a large amount of expansion packs/add ons. I recently logged in after not playing for awhile, and had to update the game. I also purchased 2 new stuff packs, and when I open the game now, some of the content from my other packs is missing. It’s not entire packs, as some build mode items from a certain pack are there, but other items from the same pack are not. I have tried repairing the game, restarting my computer, and clearing the cache to the EA app, and nothing helps. All of my add ons show as installed.
