sim is unattracted to all sims

why does my sim find every single sim unattractive? I've made all the selective things a turn on, then i tried adding some turn offs in case that's why it wasn't working and she still found the sim unattractive. I've deleted the relationship and then introduced the sims again at first it said she was attracted and then it went to unattracted. i then made a different sim and she's still unattracted to him please help!!!!
