@nymphical Not too familiar with norton but check if there's a ransomware protection that protects your user folder and try adding Sims as an exception.

Hello again, I've done this method and I followed the instructions thoroughly, I also deleted the cache files for steps to help for the troubleshooting but still, it is there.
