corrupted sims 4 files HELP

So today when i was going onto sims and it said something like "files corrupted but a simple repair will help" and so i did but i got another meassage saying that it didnt work and my sims files are corrupted. I removed ALL of my mods but i dont know what to do! I cant repair it becouse the repair button is allredy pressed (it says repairing paused) !! HELP I SPENT SOOO MUCH ON THIS GAME.
